ATI Radeon Express 1250 - The Sims 2

Hello!
I just got a new laptop with the above graphics card and Windows Vista.
I've installed The Sims 2, and updated it using the update from the Sims website so it works with Vista...but the graphics are all corrupted and bad.
I was searching on the internet and read something about getting a driver update but I couldn't really understand any of it.
Is there such a thing?

HI,
To upgrade the driver only select option 2 on this site:
http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_ca...common-vista32
To have the whole suite including the catalyst select option 1
