What is the exact make and model of this Dell?
Is there a different sound card (PCI Sound card)? Here is a link for the Dell website: http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx Input the make and model, then select the OS (If this sound card is from Dell). Hope this helps, Bill |
