CPU-Z only tells you information about your CPU, RAM, and a little bit about your motherboard.
You'd need something more thorough, like PC Wizard http://pc-wizard-2008.en.softonic.com/ (thanks to dai for the link).
If some device still aren't detected try unknown device identifier
http://www.zhangduo.com/udi.html

You'd also need to go in device manager to find out which devices don't have drivers.
