Crysis Warhead driver problem?

Hello all, recived my Crysis Warhead today, put it on and i think theirs a fiew issues..

first off, i don't think warhead is more graphicly intence than the first crysis as im runing crysis at fullspec for about maby 3 - 4 hours each time, so i don't think it's a rig issue but i'll list the details any way.

the pic below shows you ne issue i have with the game (look for the white dot's/entaties?)

Another issue is, when theirs a cut scene, the screne stays blank E.G (for those who have played/playing it),

CAUTION, SPOILERS!!!!

after the submarine is frozen theirs dialog of the pilot you just saved ruianing a mission or somthing along them lines, is it supposed to stay blank during that?

It runs a little laggy too, a fiew hooks every now and again and it's frozen once.

anyhelp would be awesome.
