TSST DVD TS-H652D no longer recognized
I have a TSST corp CD1 DVDW TS-H652D ATA device on a new computer that is running Vista. It was working when we got the computer but is no longer recognizing the device. The last time that we are sure the device worked was when the Sansa MP3 player was installed. I am getting a code 37 on the screen when I try to update. I have been to the Microsoft site and was not able to figure out how to fix the problem. I am not very technically oriented but can follow directions well, I think this may be my problem with the Microsoft site. I am hoping tat someone here has either seen or had this problem and been abe to fix it. Thanks for any assistance you can provide. Kim
