Motherboard Drivers Missing?

Good day this is my first post.

Because of an earlier issue I went into the system panel to check on my device manager and discovered that the following devices have no drivers installed: Director Memory Access Controller,Motherboard Resources,Numeric Data Processor,Programmable Interupt Controller, System Board, System Speaker and System Timer.

My logic tells me that my computer should be dead! But since it is working relatively ok than perhaps these drivers are handled in a new way?

I have a WInXP SP3 OS, Gigabytechnology MBoard with BIOS:Award Software International, Inc. 6.00 PG 04/13/2004

I am not a tech just a well seasoned user.

If you don't have the driver disc you can download them from the Gigabyte web site or if it's a prebuilt(Gateway, Emachines etc,) PC, the makers web site.
