Sound Card Drivers

I just re-installed Windows and now im on the hunt for every driver I need. Right now I'm stuck on finding a Sound Driver. Im not sure where to find out what my sound card is. When I go to PC wizard it says 'Device Audio- IXP SB400 AC'97 Audio Controller' But when I go to My computer then right click and go to properties and all that it says Legacy Audio Drivers and Realtek AC'97 audio. Any ideas on what i need to download to get some sound?
