OK Guys, I lost it...So now what do I do? The lovely wifey 'misplaced' the XP CD and I can't find it anywhere. My volume control states that the SbdVol.exe can't or isn't installed and I should go to the CD... See story above. Microsoft says it's down to Skype to install but I haven't found anything by them or from them that states that's the case.
So help an old boy out, please... |

Hi,
BTW the name of the file you want is sndvol32.exe Google.......it must be available somewhere. I doubt if system restore replaces exe files, but feel sure you don't need to buy a new XP. You must know someone else with a pc who has a disc. I'll search online also. |
