Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

Okay, so I recently started up my computer and I got the blue screen with this error on it. I've read about it and usually the hard drive is the one to blame, but I really think it could be the driver I recently downloaded. I downloaded a graphics driver and that driver even needed to restart my computer for it to work and it rebooted just fine, but the next time I went to start up my PC, I got this error. Any ideas on what to do?

Oh, and when I try to get into Safe Mode or try to get back in from the lasty "good" startup, I get the blue screen. The card is an nVidia 8500.

I can't get past the blue screen at all so I can't get to my Control Panel.

How do I turn off the auto reboot?
