Acer 3680 laptop w MATSHITA dvd
The dvd/cd player will not work and it is showing error code 39. It is the RAM UJ-850S ATA Device.
Some help getting it to work again would be great. thx |

Follow the instructions on this page..... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929461/en-us Despite the title of the page, this is also a solution for the Error Code 39.
