Hi...
Was given a laptop on which XP was broken and wouldnt even load, so formatted it. But now the driver for the NIC is missing and I cant get online. How do I go about finding what make the NIC is? and how do I install the driver once I have downloaded it from the web? I have installed Belarc on the PC to try and se what make the NIC think im looking in the wrong place on its output.....the Ethernet Controller part is blank. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks |

Re: Finding out what kind of NIC my laptop has and downloading the driver for it
you should be able to go to the laptops manufacturers webste and get the driver for your laptop. just search for your specific model.
