Webcam Driver not loading

I'm trying to get the webcam to work on a toshiba notebook (A300-1bz) but so far no luck. I don't really understand why it isn't working. I've downloaded the drivers directly from toshiba's website so it's unlikely that any files that should be there are missing.

I manage to install it correctly but then I get this error >

So, I restart and then I get the same error again. I try updating it and then I get this >

What can I do to fix this?
