320GB simpletech "plug and play"

I have tried this 320GB simpletech product on several computers. I am using windows vista on a dell laptop. It does the same thing. asks for drivers or it does not read the USB drive. where can I download drivers from? I have sent the 1st one back ro the US for replacement. I am in Iraq. It's not like I can go shopping right around the corner... NEITHER ONE HAS WORKED.
pls help. Joe

THIS IS WHAT I GET FROM A TECH-

SOLUTION: Hello,

There are no drivers to load, they are built into windows. From the symptoms you describe it appears there has been a failure in the device. If you are within warranty and would like to send it in for replacement, please give me your shipping address. I will process the replacement request and send you an email with your RMA number and shipping instructions.

Sometimes this is caused by the drive coming unplugged from the board inside. You can open the case and try pushing the drive tight onto the board and it might correct the problem.
