Drivers Are Gone

I recently formatted my whole computer and installed WindowsXP. When I turned it on, I found that all my drivers were missing. I couldn't connect to the internet or anything. I'm a novice when it comes to computers, so what exactly do I have to do to restore my computer? Please help, and thank you for reading. (I'll be checking every few hours)

Re: Drivers Are Gone

that's normal. now you need to reinstall all your drivers. post your hardware specs. if it's a prebuild computer, post the model number.

Re: Drivers Are Gone

Sorry, I don't fully understand what you are telling me, but the model is a "Compaq Presario SR1920NX". I hope that's what you're asking for. ._.

Re: Drivers Are Gone

Oh, I didn't know I could connect my memory stick on the back. (I'm currently on a ridiculously old computer.) Thank you.

Re: Drivers Are Gone

Thank you very much, it worked, but now scrolling pages is obscenely slow... is there a reason to this?
