Re: help me find my web cam driver

Hello April, Welcome to TSF!

The simplest and easiest way to get a Driver for your webcam is....

Connect the webcam (if it isn't already), and go to the Windows Update site.
Once at the site, click "Custom" not 'Express'; allow Windows to scan your computer for updates.
Once the scan is finished, you should see listed in the left panel Optional Updates, one of these will be a Driver that will suit your webcam...simply follow the prompts to download and install it.
Post back with the results.

Kind Regards,

Re: help me find my web cam driver

there does not seem to be any generic drivers either usually when they don't come with a driver disk the drivers are covered by windows
check pnp is enabled in the bios
