Where are RAID drivers located?

I am looking to create a System Recovery disc for our server and our backup software company said that we will need to add our RAID drivers to the System Recovery disc. Any idea where these would be located or what they'd be called? Should I just copy the entire standard drivers folder?

Hi, i would advise copying every single system file, there's plenty of software out there that will do the job no problem.
