Red Faced Need help installing drivers

I have XP and when booting up it goes to "XP loading page" then screen goes black. I now have it in VGA mode, which works. I need to reinstall the video drivers, but I am a bit unsure where to go now. Please help!!

Re: Need help installing drivers

Well, I forgot that I had my motherboard replaced with an Intel VG......something or other, and I tried to use the CD but it kept on giving me an error. So I went to the Intel website and downloaded the driver from there. I got everything to work! YEAH

I have another problem, my daughter got her Dell laptop wet, and it will not boot up...it's still under warranty, so do you think if I sent it back, they would be able to fix or replace it? Let me know what you think.

Thanks,

Lizzy

Well done! !

Let me know what you think. I 'spect they will fix it, but it may cost an arm and leg . . doubt the warranty covers accidents, but it sure would not hurt to try

Thanks,

Lizzy
