Burning DVD

I am having problems burning DVD with Cyberlink Producer.
It used to work perfectly but now when I start the burning it gets blocked at 13% when preparing files.
I have asked several times help with the helpline of Cyberlink Producer but until now was not able to resolve. Now they are saying I have to update my DVD RW drive, display drive and sound card drive because they have not been updated...
How do I do that?
Help! I have to burn this DVD urgently!

go to the drive makers site and check for a firmware update
if you have a log of the burn post it
