Help with install driver with printer/copier/scanner
I have been trying to install on my computer the components to print. It will get all the way thru up to 98 % downloaded and then the error pops up saying (drivers/dot4/wrapper/data1.cab)cannot be downloaded. It needs this component to complete downloading, please tell me where to find it or what to do to continue the process. It's a 1400 series.

Please tell us exactly what printer it is I suspect HP is the manufactuer but whats the model and number.
Go into add remove programs and remove any other printer software that is listed and not used. Make sure the printer is not connected to the computer and disable your virus scan, run the cd that came with the printer, reboot and connect the printer |
