file SPCA561.SYS
I actually do have a camera that I cannot get to work, because I do not have the file SPCA561.SYS. What should I do?

Didn't your camera come with software? The driver should be on the camera software CD.
If you can't find the software, go to your camera's manufacturer WEB site and see if they have software downloads.
