[SOLVED] Please Help...Cannot find a driver for my Ethernet Controller

I have a HP Compaq D530 SSF, the motherboard I am using is an Intel 82801eb (IH5) with a 2.8 Intel Pentium 4 processor.

In device manager it says (with a big yellow exclamation mark) that my ethernet controller is not working propperly, on further inspection it appears I no longer have a driver for this device.

I have checked the Intel website and although they offer the ethernet controller my motherboard does not appear on the site. The model number for my motherboard does not appear on the motherboard itself so I used a clocking program which said my motherboard was a "82801eb (IH5)". I am unsure if this is the corect model number for my motherboard as I recognise the number from searching for the audio driver.

In a nutshell, my ethernet controller has no driver and I cannot find a replacment. I don't know a great deal about these issues so please bear with me

If you require any further information about my problem please ask and I'll answer as soon as I can.

Have you checked HP support for the driver?

Thanks for your reply. Yes I have tried the HP site many times, they only offer modem drivers and not the actual Ethernet Controller I am looking for. I even downloaded a full driver package from Intel site but the yellow exclamation mark next to my Ethernet Controller :(

Do you have onboard eathernet or a PCI add in card?

sorry, an onboard ethernet, i have another pci modem but I only have an Ethernet Connection cable so cannot attach a phone line.
