BAAD Problem with Xp (drivers mostly)

Ok well i completed my downgrade back to Xp from Vista and now i have begun the long jouney of finding drivers. well to no luck the Creator of my motherboard (Abit) has all the drivers i needs llinks are broken...

I have a Abit AX8 V1.0 if anyone can find my drivers i would GREATLY appreciate it or give me a site that would have them. whenever i search for them they just give me BIOs update downloads and im not sure what that would do.

Drivers i need.

Ethernet Driver(main one if i get this i think i can get the rest automaticly)
Bunch of unknowns
Ati X800xl GFX card driver
i think thats it

Forgot to mention, i might have the driver i need just that whenever i try to install it it tells me that i need to run in Administrator account or whatever. BUT I AM! its really werid. if anyone knows what i am talking about and can fix plz tell. u
