Need help With nv4 display driver.
Hello, I have built a nice and cheap computer that satisfies my needs for my living room. It has an nvidia 6200 graphics card and works fine. The only problem that I am having is that whenever I play World of Warcraft I am able to play until a curtain random point in the game. So, in other words, this problem occurs anytime in the game, sometimes the beginning and sometimes when I've been playing it for a while. I am almost positive that there is no trigger, it just happens. What happens is the game will freeze for about twenty seconds with the sound still working. Then the sound freezes too and a black screen comes up with an error sign saying the nv4 display driver has stopped working properly in a low color and low resolution. Then my computer automatically reboots and is back to normal. It only happens when I am playing World of Warcraft.
I have tried getting several new drivers and the same thing happens. I have tried adjusting the video settings of my graphics card and still nothing has worked. |
