Question Disk driver help

I installed a drisk writing rpogamme on my computer
but it didn't work so i tryed to uninstall didn't work
so i manually deleted it
but now my disk drive doesn't read disks well and when ever i copy and paste or right click on a disk windows installer pops up
what do i do?
its a liteon dvdrw SOHW 1633S

did you remove the filters
also check for a firmware update for the drive

Hi The_Designer!!

Try to uninstall and reinstall the writing software you mentioned before. If that still doesn't work, try to uninstall it and try burn a file using a windows burning feature. See if that helps out

try system restore to an earlier date when all was ok
try the drive in another computer to check if it is the drive that is the problem
