[SOLVED] bsod

I recently been getting a bsod that says "irql less than or equal"

Microsoft says this is a driver problem and to uninstall it.

I don't which driver it is though....

So i'm not to great when it come to computer so could someone give me some easy to follow step by step directions on how to solve this?

Any help will cause you to be loved by me :) :) thanks

So when it happens just write down all thats on the screen?

I read something bout minidumps and i think i have it set to create them now.

Would this info help?

if so how do you find where the dump goes?

turn off the auto reboot and post the bsod error message it's easier to understand

so i setup the minidump. after much guessing trying figure out what everything meant on it and how to look at it i think it was my Blue Coat K9 internet filter causing it.

I uninstalled it and ill let you know how it goes.
