Need USB drivers for Intel Desktop board 865GBF

Hi All,

I am using Intel MB 865GBF and installed WinXP Professional. when i plugin any usb device the system hungs. looks like it require usb driver. I have tried to download the dirvers form the intel site but in vain.
can any on help me to solve this problem.

You should have SP2 installed on this rig. If you do and don't get anything, go to the Device Manager (start, control panel, system, hardware, device manager) and scroll down to the USB area. See if you have any red or yellow marks, and if so, then right click and select update drivers.

Hi Tumbleweed,

Thank you for the quick reply, I have SP2 installed in my computer and checked in the device manager and found no yellow marks,
I can see the below when i scroll down to USB
Intel(R) 82801EB USB2 Enhanced Host Controller - 24DD
Intel(R) 82801EB USB Universal Host Controller - 24DE

Go down there again and right click on each item and then select update drivers. You don't have to put a disk in, they should already be on the OS that you have installed. If that does not work, then go down there and Delete all items under USB and reboot and let the computer find them again.
