Random blurry screen that either stays or goes on screen

i have been uninstalling and installing my drivers for a bit now but im gettin these glitches wear the screen just goes and decides to stop working or something.

this is what i could have after the blurred effect, this can be like this or more like colums of this blurred effect. sometimes i could play a game for the day and nothing will go wrong but somedays it will happen. its just random but most of the time this will happen.

the running of the game itself is perfect. my games either will do this blurr effect i could keep playing perfectly, its just the blurred screen appears which i dont understand. Where as othertimes it will just freeze e.g in episode two it will be a suddern freeze of screen slightly blurred, repeating the current sound there was fast and then gets faster at one point. so i have to hold the turn of button.

ive deleted any programs that might have a effect but my computer is usually fine with games its just been the last half a year where its been driving me crazy, it might be three years old but it use to be able to take top graphic games etc but i dont know how to fix this =[
