NV4 error

My computer randomly freezes. Once got a mention of NV4 stopped working. Suggested update video card drivers. Did that and nothing. Also in my device manager it says one of my cards can`t start( SLI) and gives a code 10. Anyone have any ideas on a fix?
Thanks

Re: NV4 error

check the card is seated properly
in the device manager uninstall the card
reboot tapping f8 and choose vga mode
when windows finishes rebooting
disable a/virus
install your drivers
reboot the omputer

code 10

Out of the blue one of my video cards started to give me a code 10(device cannot start). now my SLI settings in my nvidia control panel dosen`t even show up. I don`t know how long it`s been like this because one card in working just fine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
