My CD burner won't burn picture files
This is my first posting here, and I must warn you that I know NOTHING about computers beyond very simple functions.
My cd burner works for burning music from iTunes, but I have lost the ability to burn other types of files. When I try to back up my pictures, for example, I am told that I do not have a CD burner. The other curious thing - could it be related? - is that I have NEVER been able to burn a DVD, despite the fact that my computer came with a built-in DVD burner, which was a primary factor in my purchasing this machine! (The store where I bought the computer went out of business before I could get help.)
