comuter rebooting after installing radeon 9550 graphics card

hello. I'm a new member here at tech support forum. I am having a problem with my ATI Radeon 256mb graphics card. the problem is that after i installed the card, my computer would randomly crash on its own. it would do this most often when i am playing a game, such as oblivion or just about any other game i play. also it will even reboot when im just surfing the web or even (on rare occasions) just reboot itself when nobody is using it. on very, very rare occasions it will show a blue screen saying something about a stop error message and having an error with ati2drev (or something like that i havent seen it in a while). i'm not sure if i might have installed the card wrong or if it's something else. when i install the card, i put the card in first, then run the cd to install the software, then reboot and use the card. any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

below are some of the specs of my computer:

eMachine w3050
amd sempron (tm) 3000+
1 gig of ram
1.99 GHz processor

if any other specs are needed, just ask and ill see if i can find them and post them. the operating system i am running is windows xp service pack 2

Hi Weslo,
Does this e-machine have an onboard graphic card? Did you disable it in the Bios after you installed the new card.
Also, check you power supply. You may have to install a better PSU to run this grapics card. E machines are well known for having a poor power supply (Under 300W).
