having trouble installing digital video camera
i im having trouble installing my digital video camera my computer is running on vista basic, i had no problem installing a still digital camera but the video one wont load on i cant take photos or do anything till its working on the computer. i have uninstalled it and reinstalled that many time its not funny.
it comes back saying it cant found pnp drive and something about c:\windows\system32\drivers there are there i can find but computer cant can someone please help my. |

i dont understand everything else works but not the digital video camera the file or folder the computer cant find is there i can find it but when i chose the folder it says its unable to go there.
please get back to me i want this working by christmas thanks |

yes it is a usb
i have tryed installing it by just pluging camera in to computer and letting it do it by itself and tryed with the disc but nothing is working. my computer is with on vista. i took it round to my brothers house and put it on to his computer he has windows xp it would of worked if he rebooted his computer but there computer deletes every thing when it get rebooted got any other ideas i can try |

in the device manager uninstall all listed usb items
shut down unplug usb plugs reboot twice replug in the usb plugs and see if it then ok
