Re: Which RAID driver to use?
Nothing that tells me which files to use or even how to identify them. It is basically useless. I figured out on my own that I had to unzip the contents of a folder to make the RAID disc. I just, now, need to know which file is applicable.
Thanks for your reply |

Re: Which RAID driver to use?
You may find it simpler to download the SATA/RAID drivers from the Biostar support site . . it is usually more informative. Are you setting up a RAID array?

Re: Which RAID driver to use?
Yes to the RAID array but the only drivers available are chipset drivers, and those will be exactly like what is on this CD. To find even what I found on this CD I had to look in the chipset file. The download will contain the same number of RAID drivers for many versions of boards.

Re: Which RAID driver to use?
One reason I don't use Biostar boards . . really poor support. Without seeing the contents of the folders, it's not possible to answer your question. Unless someone comes along who has fought this battle before.

Re: Which RAID driver to use?
Here are the contents of the CD from opening it in "Explore" to all the way through the "RAID dick" folder to the contents of each RAID folder.
If you need more info, let me know. All of the RAID folders will contain a version for 2k, XP, and XP64. One folder combines 2k and XP and is why it shows just two selections.
