Driver for SF-MW205 wireless mouse
I need to reverse the 2 buttons on the side of the mouse that control forward & back of web pages. It did not come with any driver and the PC just identifies it as a standard mouse. Everything works fine, but the button closest to your thumb is the forward button. It is rare that I use "forward". Mostly back. The button on top of this one is the forward. It is very akward to get up to that button. Any ideas?

Re: Driver for SF-MW205 wireless mouse
I too was having the same problem... however it is easily fixable...
After searching the internet for software for hours to no avail, I grabbed my screwdriver and opened up the mouse. If you look at the button assembly you will notice three wires, a red, black, and blue... If you reverse the black and red wires on the pcb board, the buttons will be switched... I know this isn't exactly an easy software fix to the problem, but it worked for me... any questions just ask... |
