Ulead Program not opening

Hi all,
I would be very grateful, if anyone could help me sort out an installation problem I have, with regards to accessing a program called Ulead Photo Express 4.0 SE
This program is part of an installation program on my Medion Scanner Setup CD, and when I tried to un-install it, I somehow managed to lock this program. I can un-install it on the Add /Remove program from the Control Panel, but when I re-install it, I can not access it, either from the green Program icon on Windows Start, or from the short cut that is placed on my Desktop when I re-install it. I can scan my Documents, but they just do not go to the Ulead program, because the Ulead program just won't open. On opening the Device Manager, I found a problem under Sound, Video and Game Controllers, namely " Windigo Virtual Audio Device ( WDM) ". I don't know wheter this has anything to do with my problem or not. Any help will be gratefully accepted.

reinstall your audio drivers

Could you please advise me on how to re-install my audio drivers, please?

if they are onboard,you run them from your m/b setup disk
