Problem finding drivers when switching from vista to xp

I'm having a problem with switching an HP Pavilion a6110n from Vista back to XP. The only problem is, after the install, two problems show up in the device manager. "PCI Bridge Device" and "SM Bus Controller". All other drivers appear to be working fine. I'm assuming the PCI Bridge Device is the Nvidia NForce LAN driver, and the SM Bus Controller is the USB 2.0 array. Now nvidia has a ton of Nforce drivers, and I have no idea which one is correct, and I have no idea of where to get the USB drivers. Everything they have at hp.com is naturally for Vista, and when I call their "customer support" they won't give any specifics as to what devices need what drivers. ANY help will be greatly appreciated!!!!

Re: Problem finding drivers when switching from vista to xp

I recently bought an HP A6110N, and I want to downgrade from Vista to XP. Any suggestions? Vista pretty much sucks.

Re: Problem finding drivers when switching from vista to xp

The drivers windows xp says it is detecting for the combo drive is HL-DT-ST DVDRRW GSA-H30L and HT1204J BVL688G SCSI CdRom Device. Why its find two drivers for one drive I don't understand but hey that may be normal doubt it but never owned a combo drive before.
