Help, mp3 not recognised anymore
Hiya all, this is driving me crazy...i was able to put music from my computer to my mp3 with ease...tried to put more music on the other day and it wouldn't recognise my mp3 player. A friend suggested that i uninstall the phillips software and re-install it. This worked....but when i tried to put more music on this week it won't recognise it again. Tried uninstalling it and that doesn't fix it this time. Someone else suggested a system restore but that was switched off. I switched it on but now i can only restore from todays date. Does anyone have any other idea's... i'm not too experienced with computers and am afraid i'm going to make things worse if i play around with it too much.
Many many thanks in advance xxMelxx |

Re: Help, mp3 not recognised anymore
Are you using Windows XP?
Can you see the MP3 player in "My computer" under "Devices with removable storage"? If so, there's something wrong with the Philips software. If not, and other USB devices are working, there's probably something wrong with the player. |
