"usb Not Recognised"

I have installed the software for my matez LG phone file manager and his CAMCORDER

when I connect the mobile to the computer, or the camcorder to the computer, using the usb leads given, I get this error:

Can someone tell me what I can do in order to solve this problem? PLZ?

I went to the device manager:

I searched the net and search results said I had to select the root hub or something like that but therez so much under the UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS CONTROLLERS

Have you tried using a different USB port?

Re: "usb Not Recognised"

For the phone, download the drivers from here: http://uk.lgmobile.com/webwar/data/p...U8130_UK_1.zip
That is a direct link to the download, so when you click it, it will ask to you save etc.
That's just to make it easier, as their website is pretty poor.

I'm still searching to find out if you can still get drivers on the "Sony" mx30-7000. I can't guarantee you will get them though.
