itouch problem
Hello
I have a problem with my keyboard - a "logitech cordless desktop MX" . I´ve had some trouble with it for some time now, and the problem is that the "mute" button, as well as the "volume-button/wheel" won´t work. All the other buttons works perfectly, but not these. Any way, I´ve been to a couple of forums and support sites, and the most common way to solve this is to uninstall the i-touch drivers, which by the way is 2.2. However, the problem is that the uninstall.exe, is missing. Does anyone know how to solve this, that is, either the issue with the volume and mute, or the uninstall.exe to logitechs lates "logitech cordless desktop MX" driver? Best regards Jolo |

Re: itouch problem
Well some software don't include an uninstaller, maybe thats the case here ?
Try going to your add\remove programs, I would of thought you could find it in there, if you can simply uninstall from there and you should be sorted. When you come to reinstall their drivers get the latest from the manufacturers, assuming I found the correct device >>>This<<< is your driver page and the latest is 3.3. |

If you can't uninstall the keyboard/drivers it would be best to first download the latest driver and then uninstall the keyboard in Start>Run>type: devmgmt.msc and then reboot. After rebooting to let it detect hardware and install MS provided drivers automatically. Then install the drivers that you downloaded.
But if all other buttons work and the volume ones don't, it sounds as though the buttons are simply faulty.
