Voodoo3 v Voodoo banshee
Does an 3Dfx Interactive Inc. Voodoo3 become a "Banshee" when updated for W2K/XP?
This is what I got from a device driver download site recently. I didn't use it as my W2K accepted my secondhand card without difficulty. Still I'm an inveterate updater, would like to think i had the latest driver possible. I'm still running my 1997 Dell by the way. The OS XP is on my Laptop Last edited by cromdubh; 05-07-2007 at 12:49 PM. Reason: Extra Info |

Re: Voodoo3 v Voodoo banshee
If I remember right, a Banshee was actually a VooDoo2 card that was toned down a bit.
