....will all the hardware retain their drivers? If not, where can I find all my current drivers in order to create copies of them?
Thanks :) |

Re: If I re-format my XP system...
Got this sorted guys, used a program to transfer the drivers across. Thanks. :)
P.S. I'm re-formatting because I'm selling the PC to a friend so I want it good as new. |

Re: If I re-format my XP system... [RESOLVED]
I purchased an Epson Stylus RX580 4 in 1 and when I attempted to install it on my Dell 2400 coumputer, I failed to un-plug the USB2.0 from the back of the computer. A no no, I was to discover.
I returned the Epson RX580 and received a new one. I then removed or un-installed every trace of the first Epson 4 in 1 and then installed the second printer. I keep being told that THE COMPUTER CAN FIND NO USB DRIVERS on my system. Can anyone out there tell me what I need to do or have done to get this resolved? I do not want to erase everything and start over as I have close to 3 years of my old family history and many, many very old family photos stored on this machine. Help!! |
