(resolved)WHAT/How to fix 'tmpreflt' error in Dev.Mgr
I knew something has been weird about my computer. I showed hidden devices in Device Manager and found the problem by tmpreflt. I googled it and I read that it was a TrojanHorse somewhere and another place I had to go in the threads and fix it, but wasn't real clear so I did not want to screw anything up and decided to ask for help myself.
Got a couple questions: Can I get by without this if I uninstall or disable it? What in the world is this? How did an error occur? What is the easiest way to get the prob fixed? If anyyyone can help, PLEEEASE do so!! Its driving me crazy  b/c I can't figure out a way to fix it!!!!!!

I'm new to these forums. I've never used one before. I'm a little confused. Is this 5 step process going to fix my problem? OR Do I have to complete this 5 step process before I can get help with my problem???

i think this is your problem you have been infected by
malware virus ect so follow the 5 steps and let security check

just completed the 5 steps. Thanks they were extremely easy to follow!!! I've posted my results from dss into hijackThis log help forum. Just wanted to say Thanks for your help

wait and see what security come up with,if the problem is still there when they have finished the log then post back to this thread
