Attache PNY 1G Windows XP

Ok I bought myself an Attache PNY i have 2 Xp Home edition service pack computers I was able to get it to work on one of them but for the life of me i cant get it to work on the other. When i stick it in it says device failure and that USB Device Not Recognized I tried dling the drivers off their support website but it does not work on this computer but it did on the other one. I really would like to get my Flashdrive to work so please help.

I'm assuming its a USB Flash drive right?

Have you tried it in any other USB port on the same computer that doesn't recognize it?
So you get any errors or yellow flags in Device Manager?

Have a check for these first.
