Hardware Wizard can't find drivers...Why???

Hardware Wizard finally found New Hardware, but can't find the drivers, even given the location in "Search and Install Options". ie: c:\ AtI\Support\6-11_xp-2k_dd_37616. This is a Radeon 9600 AGP device. These drivers were downloaded from ATI. I've also tried two other driver sets to no avail. HELP!!

try saving them on the desktop and pointing it to there for the install

Most video drivers come with there own setup files. Have a look at the files that you downloaded and see if there is a "setup.exe" (or "install.exe") file there. If so, double click it and run the setup program.
