Request for Efficient speedstream 4060 modem Driver for XP

Does anyone have the aforesaid driver, My XpSP2 has suddenly started to act funny and the reason it is showing is a driver incompatibility with Speedstream 4060 modem.

If you r using 011-0045-036, Please don't waste your time posting as this driver was written for 98SE.

I know that the company Efficient has merged with Siemens and Siemens r no longer interested in updating driver for this series, still I am hoping for the best.

The driver listed r v3.4.1.69, the 98se drivers r v3.4.6 which I have, I have installed it on XPSP2 but at times it refuses to connect to the internet and restarts the machine after which the windows troubleshooter gives a messege that the computer was restarted becoz there was a incompatibility with the modem driver. Most of the time it works okay, but it is times when you need the system the most it gives trouble.
