Long time no see. Need help nonetheless
So heres the problem I'm having.
For starters I'm not sure this problem is classified under Driver Support, but I think the driver may be a problem anyway. My computer was acting really slow, almost spy-ware infected slow. This happened early last night after my computer completely froze while playing Warcraft 3. I concluded that my computer was overdue for a format anyway, so went about formatting the entire thing, reinstalling windows xp pro x64, and all the drivers for everything. Now, the computer doesn't have the same slow effect it did prior to the format, which is a plus. However, while playing GuildWars just 20 minutes ago, I discovered a problem. Roughly once every minute or two, the visual will freeze for approximately 10-20 seconds. The sound will start skipping the same 3 second clip over and over. After anywhere from 10-20 seconds of this it recollects and proceeds as usual only to occur again within the next few minutes. I was curious as to if it was a bug in the 93.71 Nvidia driver? as I previously did not have that installed. However, it doesn't answer the problem to my computer freezing before I formatted, so I am starting to wonder if there might be a problem with the video card. Thanks for any help in advance, Chris |

between 11.4 and 12.6v
if the reading is correct you not expect the computer to run, that is why i think it is wrong it could be a faulty sensor are you any good using a multimeter http://www.techsupportforum.com/hard...ultimeter.html or borrow another psu to try in it and see if the reading is the same
