theres a problem with my SCSI/RAID host controller

hello therer,

my dvd drive (D:) is no longer working, it dosnt read disks anymore, whene ever i insert a disk the computer dosnt even say its there at all

when i go into device manager and on to my DVD/CD-ROM Drives section it shows this

- H+H DVD-ROM DVD-41SD SCSI CdRom Device
- H+H DVD-ROM DVD-41SD SCSI CdRom Device
- H+H DVD-ROM DVD-41SD SCSI CdRom Device
- HL-DT-ST CD-RW GCE-8483B
- HL-DT-ST DVD-ROM GDR 8162B

i think that theres too many but not sure, at first i thought this was just the problem ut i have recently realised that when i go into my SCSI and RAID controllers section it shows that my SCSI/RAID host controller has a little exclamation mark next to it and says its either corupt or missing

ive already tired uninstalling all the drivers from DVD/CD-ROM Drives section and reinstalling them and ive also tired restarting the computer after uninstalling them and ive tried unistalling and reinstalling the SCSI/RAID host controller and updating it

wil sombody please help, i would be most grateful

Find your motherboard disk, reinstall motherboard drivers. See what
happens. If you cant launch your cd, go to manufactures web site and
download and install from there...Your looking for chipset drivers specific
to your make of northbridge/southbridge chipset on your board.
