what i need to upgrade first?? (gaming pc)

hi =D and sry for my bad bad english XD, well heres the thing. my actual pc is

pro: amd phenom x2 550
proc fan: the fan that came with the proce XD.
mobo: ma785gm-us2h
video: ati hd4350 (for those who say this graphic card its brap =o you need to test it, you cant run crysis on uber high, but its run pretty decent on medium/slow 1280*786 =O but well XD i want to watch it more clear =P)
ram: corsair 800 2gb x1 xms2
power supply: cheapest 400w i found XD
case: bluecore =( old version

pls dont come here and tell me, trow your pc or trash it, and stuff like that =) i want you to help me to get something new or how can i improve it from waht i have or what i need to make it better. =D ty for the advice.

pd: i earning 98us each 2 weeks =( so i want to buy it with calm XD hope you help me!!!!!!!

First thing you need to replace is the power supply. Never cheap out on the power supply. Look for Corsair PSUs.

After that, the only major thing that needs to be upgraded to make this a better gaming PC is the graphics card. The 4350 is an ok card and it can manage games on low resolutions, as you've said, but it's really an entry level card.
