It looks like a pretty good setup already. I can't see anything that really looks like it needs to be upgraded. The PSU isn't my favorite, but it should work for your setup as is. If you want a new graphics card, the only real worthwhile upgrade would be to a Radeon 5850 or 5870, and then you'd also need a quality 750W PSU.
