New Gaming Build Please?

Hey guys just wondering if anyone can recommend me a good gaming build for ~$550-750

I do have parts from my current computer that I can salvage.
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ 2.60 GHz
RAM: WINTEC AMPX 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model 3AXT6400C5-2048 - Retail (X2 = 4GB)

So a case, motherboard, and video card and PSU would be awesome.
Edit: Oh and a hard drive

I want to play TOR and games like bioshock 2, L4D2 and RA3 on high settings (my desktop is at 1680x1050 resolution so it may take a pretty strong video card).
Thanks! :)

if you are going to play bioshock 2 when it comes out you are going to need a better cpu and a better make of ram.

what is your budget?
