Upgrade

I am thinking of upgrading my computer and want to double check for compatability.
Processor:Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor E7500
BX80571E7500 - LGA775
Motherboard:Intel Extreme Series BOXDP45SG Socket 775 Desktop Board
Memory:4GB DDR3 PC3-10666 TWINX MEMORY KIT / CORSAIR TW3X4G1333C9Existing OS: XP SP2 home edition

Is that what you have or what you want to get?
You would do better with an Asus or Gigabyte Mobo.
No point in using a DDR3 Mobo with that CPU.

If you want to go with DDR3 then go to an i5 CPU and Mobo.
